More support for parents
Barbara Follett visited the Parentline Plus call centre for Hertfordshire on Friday 13th October to find out more about their work.
She said, “I was really impressed by the information and support that Parentline Plus provides”. “As a mother, and a grandmother, I know all to well what hard work bringing up children is and welcome the workshops, advice services and forums that this organisation offers”.
Parentline Plus is a national charity run by parents for parents. It offers information; support and the chance for parents to talk about the issues they face. They also run Parents Together groups and workshops which give parents the chance to share their ideas and experiences to build closer relationships with their children.
