Birthday Celebrations for the Wizz Kids
Barbara Follett visited Wizz Kids After-School Club on 30th September to help them celebrate their 10th Anniversary.
Wizz Kids is based at Moss Bury Primary School. It aims to provide a warm, friendly and stimulating environment for children aged 5-11 whose parents are unable to meet them from school because of other commitments such as work, study or family care.
About 50 children, parents and friends attended the celebrations, and experienced a fun packed evening and a celebration tea, followed by games.
Mrs Follett said “I first visited Wizz Kids several years ago, when they were based at Pin Green School. It was fantastic to visit them again, and to see how they have gone from strength to strength in the intervening years. I believe they provide a wonderful service for the parents and children of Moss Bury and Trotts Hill Schools.”
