Fun and learning at The Play Barn
Barbara Follett MP was delighted to visit The Play Barn at Broom Barns JMI School on Monday 27th September to see for herself what this excellent childcare facility has to offer.
The Play Barn operates as a pre-school nursery up until 11:30am every weekday. After this time, it is open until 5:30pm, offering childcare for local children from 4 to 11 years old. It is run by qualified staff who ensure the children have fun and learn whilst playing. Activities include games, cookery, computer tasks and a quiet area for reading and study.
Mrs Follett said “When I was a working mother with young children I would have given a great deal to have a Play Barn in my neighbourhood. I wish it all the very best”.
