Head 2 Toe
Stevenage MP Barbara Follett learned about the benefits of holistic therapies on Friday 17th January when she visited "Head 2 Toe" at the Emperor's Head Community Centre in Chells."Head 2 Toe" was set up by Lesley Edwards in August 2002 and offers treatments such as reflexology, Indian head massage and aromatherapy massage. Lesley would like to make as many people as possible aware of the benefits of holistic therapies.
Treatments are available from 10.00am to 4.00pm at The Hyde Out Trust, 2-6 The Hyde and from 10.00am to 1.00pm every Wednesday at the Emperor's Head Community Centre. Example prices are £18.00 per hour for Indian head massage, £18.00 per hour for reflexology and £25.00 for an hour and a half of full body massage.
Mrs Follett enjoyed a brief Indian head massage and said "I just wish I had time for more –I will be back!"
